Shipping Policy for Loushee

Thank you for shopping with Loushee. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take longer. We will notify you in case of any delays.


Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We use trusted shipping carriers such as India Post, FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, etc. to deliver your orders.

  • Shipping method options and carriers available will be displayed during checkout based on your location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of the package.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to track your shipment.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the tracking information to update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Loushee is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

  • For further assistance, contact our customer support at support@loushee.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

  • If you realize you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@loushee.com. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
