Return and Refund Policy

At Loushee, we care about your experience and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


🕒 Return Window

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.


📦 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video of the product from the moment the package is opened.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must email us at support@loshee.com with:

    • The unboxing video

    • Clear images of the defective item

    • Images of the courier packaging

⚠️ Note: Items damaged due to mishandling (e.g., opening with scissors or sharp objects) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the damage is visible in the unboxing video.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free — it is handled by our supplier.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Items returned without an unboxing video

  • Orders where damage was not reported within 7 days

  • Sale items or gift cards (if applicable)


🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or wrong items delivered (as verified through the unboxing video and packaging images)

  • Exchange for wrong size or personal preferences will require placing a new order at customer’s expense


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your bank account or UPI within 10–14 working days after approval.

  • We will notify you once the return is inspected and the refund is approved.

  • If more than 15 working days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@loshee.com.
