What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items ONLY, within 7 days of delivery. Check our full Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
So sorry! Send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out ASAP. Also, unboxing video is necessary for us to confirm your return.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If it hasn’t been processed yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible. Once it’s shipped, cancellation isn't possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, for valid return cases. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days. See Refund Policy.
I ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange it?
Currently we don't offer replacement of products in such cases. You need to place a new order.
Payment Related
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. COD orders require an additional fee of 34 ruppes.
I got charged but didn’t get a confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam/promotions folder. If still no email, reach out with your payment proof and we’ll help right away.
Shipping Policy
Where do you ship from?
We have suppliers that ship all orders from their warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India — but stay tuned, we’re working on international options!
